Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Select Junk E-mail.
Select Junk E-mail Options…
Click the Safe Sender tab.
Click Add.
Type in the email address you wish to add to your safe sender list.
Click OK.
Gmail
Open Gmail. In the upper-right corner, select the Settings (gear) icon. From the menu, choose Settings.
Select Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Select Create a new filter. If you already have many filters, you’ll have to scroll down to find this link.
A dialog box appears. In the From field, type the email address you want to whitelist. Be sure to type the full email address, like example@yahoo.com. To whitelist every email address from a particular domain, type just that domain name, like @yahoo.com.
At the bottom of the dialog box, select Create filter.
On the next screen, tell Gmail what to do with the email address or domain you just indicated. To do so, select Never send it to Spam. To finish the process, select Create filter.
If you want to whitelist more than one email address or domain, you need not repeat these steps for each one. Instead, put a vertical bar (and a space before and after it) between the separate accounts, as follows: person1@example.com | person2@anotherexample.com | @example2.com.
Road Runner Webmail
Open your Road Runner mailbox.
Open your Junk Mail folder.
Select the email that includes the e-mail address you would like to add as a safe sender.
Click “Mark as Not Spam”.
Verizon
Open your Inbox.
Click Options.
Click Block Senders.
Locate the “Safe List”.
Enter your contact’s domain.
Click OK.
Windstream
Click the Settings tab.
Click Messages.
Click Allow and Block Messages.
Select “Advanced Block Senders”.
In the Allowed Senders and Domains area, type the senders and domains you want to allow.
Click OK.
Yahoo
In Yahoo Mail, your Contacts list is your whitelist. To add the From Address to your Yahoo Contacts:
Open your Yahoo mailbox and click the address book icon in the right-side panel. When you roll your mouse over it, it will say Contacts.
