Buffini Groups were developed as another layer of support and accountability to all of our Leadership Coaching, One2One Coaching, and Referral Maker PRO Members. Each Buffini Group drives home the fundamentals of the Work by Referral system, while allowing Members to build business relationships with like-minded peers.

How Buffini Groups work

  • Led by a Buffini & Company trained Group Leader, each month you meet with five to fifteen other Buffini & Company Members in your area. If there is not an in-person group available, you can join a virtual group which meets through an online video platform.
  • Each month, you’ll review an agenda provided by Buffini & Company, discuss experiences and challenges, share tips and tactics, get each other motivated by holding one another accountable and so much more!
  • Additionally, group members keep in touch between meetings; building a strong community of like-minded professionals in your local market and beyond.
