Member Challenge | May 22 to June 18

This Member Challenge will focus on the Working by Referral fundamentals that set you apart — Calls, Notes and Pop-Bys (CNP). Make this challenge work for you: achieve your goals and grow your business. Use this as an opportunity to focus on your favorite fundamental or work to master two or even all three. This is the motivation you need to set yourself up for success going into the second half of the year. You will strengthen and deepen your relationships with your clients all while taking part in some friendly competition with your peers!

Join the Buffini & Company Members Facebook Group to share your progress with fellow Members, hear updates on the challenge leaderboard and stay encouraged and motivated. One of the best ways to reach your goals is to surround yourself with our amazing Member community.

The leader in each of the four categories (Calls, Notes, Pop-Bys and CNP combined) will win either a REALStrengths® Profile or deep-dive feedback into an existing REALStrengths Profile. In addition, the CNP combined leader will win a bonus Buffini & Company swag bag. We’re excited to officially get the first 2023 Buffini & Company Member Challenge off and running. We’ll see you on the leaderboard!

*Open to all Buffini & Company Members. Member must remain an active Buffini & Company Member throughout the challenge. Calls, Notes and Pop-Bys must be tracked as activities in Referral Maker® CRM to count toward the leaderboard. A qualified call is a proactive call (Oh, by the way®… or ask for referral). A qualified personal note is a handwritten note or letter that is mailed or delivered to someone in your database. A qualified Pop-By is a gift that is hand delivered or dropped off to someone in your database. By registering, you agree to have your name and city shared in the Buffini & Company Members Facebook Group. The challenge begins on May 22, 2023, at 12 a.m. PDT and ends on June 18, 2023, at 11 p.m. PDT. Registration closes on May 18, 2023, at 4 p.m. PDT.
